Refund & Cancellation Policy
Sentiero Tech LLP provides digital and professional services only. Due to the nature of these services, refunds and cancellations are governed as follows.
1. No Shipping or Physical Returns
We do not sell physical products. Shipping and physical returns are not applicable.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of Sentiero Tech LLP, except in the following cases:
Duplicate payment
Excess payment
Verified technical error during payment processing
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
Work has already commenced
Any milestone has been completed
Delay or non-delivery is caused due to client-side dependencies
The client changes their mind after project initiation
Services have been delivered as per the agreed scope
4. Partial Refunds
For milestone-based projects:
Completed milestones are strictly non-refundable
Refunds for pending milestones, if any, are subject to management approval
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method via Razorpay
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Sentiero Tech LLP before raising any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services.
7. Final Decision
All decisions regarding refunds and cancellations made by Sentiero Tech LLP shall be final and binding.
